STRUGGLING TO GET HIRED? TAKE THE FREE 5-MINUTE DIAGNOSTIC

// WORK, POWER + WHO GETS AHEAD

I decode how work really works.

Hiring is not purely merit. Promotions are not purely performance. Building a company is not purely strategy. I explain what actually drives who gets hired, who gets funded, and who gets to lead.

// THE SHORT VERSION

About

I've spent twenty years on the inside of hiring systems — as an HR professional, an MBA professor teaching leadership and power, and, for the past several years, as a founder building the kind of company I used to advise from the outside.

I started HireDiverse because I was tired of watching "diversity hiring" get treated as a compliance checkbox instead of a fixable, structural problem — and I wanted to build the fix rather than just write about it.

I also founded Canada Dances, a national platform connecting dancers, studios, and families across the country. It's a completely different industry, but the same instinct sits underneath it: access and opportunity are usually more structural than people admit, whether you're hiring an executive or running a dance studio.

I bring all of it — the research, the classroom, and the businesses I've actually had to build and fund — into everything I write and everyone I work with.
